REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love each and every purchase you make with us and aim to provide you with accurate size and colour descriptions so you can make an informed decision at the point of purchase.
Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our Policy
However, if you are not 100% happy, we have a 14 day return policy. We will accept returns for an exchange of size, colour. Items must be returned as new, with swing tags, in the original packaging.
We offer free returns on any product that is defective, but not for change of mind or exchange of size or colour. If you qualify for a free return, we will reimburse these costs directly to your card payment account. Please include a receipt for standard postage (tracked) costs.
Refund Processing Times
Defy Hate Ltd will make every attempt to process your refund as quickly as possible. However, depending on the payment method you choose at checkout, and on your financial institution, it can take up to 20-days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
