Sometimes the message is simple
Our designer’s enjoyed a festival or twenty in his time. The spark of imagination for this shirt ignited during a multicultural festival he went to in London. There was a calligraphy booth with an old lady teaching people to write kanji symbols. He sat down at the booth and learnt how to write “併”, translating to “together” (At least we hope it does! Knowing Designer Dave, it probably means “@#?!*”).
Learning is a lifelong journey, and you never know how that learning will help you in the future. Thanks calligraphy-booth lady! Now we have some awesome designs inspired by you!
